There's nothing like a Bride in her wedding dress strolling down 5th Avenue in the middle of the day. It's a unique experience that draws the attention of everyone around. They hoot and holler congratulations to the Bride. Tons of compliments. Time seems to stop. People are not in a hurry to get from point A to B. Instead, smiling faces, cell phones and videos fill the air.

So how do you pull off a Bridal party shot in the middle of the street on 5th Avenue next to St. Patrick's Cathedral with out getting hit by a passing car, taxi or bus? They say timing is everything. Actually 30 seconds to cross the street is plenty of time to stop, pose, and rapid click off ten to 15 images. The trick is to get the people crossing the street to wait so they are not in the picture. Somehow it always seems to work out and I get the shot.
